We Are One Poem
by Suzy
(Montana)
I Am
One day I am became reality.
no more illusive shadows slipping in and out of my one act play.
each actor on bended knee
raised holy hands to the playwright.
fragments of faith
brought to the melting pot
heated and formed into prisms
reflecting all colors on the backdrop of life
Identity defined: I am
Note from Katherine T OwenMy apologies to Suzy for taking so long to publish this wonderful short poem. It beautifully celebrates our Oneness and those moments when we are blessed to fall into reality and lose our sense of separation.
My Love to you who reads this.

Poem about Oneness
by Norma
(UK)
ONE
Taking 'ONE' away
forcing me to see
how well 'ONE' appears
in so many forms to me.
Watching me, teaching me,
Correcting me, reaching me.
His voice so often changes.
His eyes in 'ONE' so innocent,
And in 'ONE' so direct and piercing.
Yet in 'ONE' the gentlest I've ever seen.
And in every 'ONE' I know love.
And in 'ONE' the tears flow freely,
the saddest eyes of all,
for 'ONE' who came to know,
from the urgency of 'ONE' call.
Norma.

A Poem On Isness
by Frank Cavano
(Bluffton, S.C. 29909)
Isness
Isness is. Not this-ness or that-ness.
Not he-ness or she-ness or it-ness.
Isness alone is for It has no opposite,
no competitor, no enemy. Nor is It
made of parts subject to change or
degradation. Isness is a Whole unto
Itself. Nothing that Lives could be
excluded from It. And so our Reality
lives within It. We are at-One with
Isness but do not recall that this is so.
We prefer to dream simply because
dreams were our invention and so we
swear we are a separate thing with a
life and death all our own. And a
loving Isness, discerning our fear
that we might be right, whispers to
the mind "be grateful you are wrong".
Note from a-spiritual-journey-of-healing.com Aaah. I have Isness in a poem I performed last night.
Beautiful. Thank you, Frank.
May we be blessed in the Isness that is All That Is,
Katherine

Poem about the Source of All That Is
by Gabrielle Bowen
(Ontario, Canada)
THE MESSAGE
Thirst for
The absorption of wisdom
First
Grasp and apply concepts from a higher plane
Let knowledge seep within
Down to your core
Deep
And remain
In awe of what I saw
Interconnectedness
Merely a confirmation of all
Renewed
We are One
The soul already knew
Synchronicities
Ensued
And prove
One is on the right track
Emotions intensely move
Through
Guiding one to know they are
Connected
To
All That Is
All That Was
All That Ever Shall Be
Becoming One
With the source of all wisdom
Thirst quenched
Opened the door
Faced the other side
Releasing
Feeling
All is as it should be
Now
Healing
Peace and happiness
Permeating
Through
Caressing the soul
Body and mind
Truth revealing
Now
Becoming fully
Whole

Poem About Prayer
by Frank Cavano
(Bluffton, S.C., U.S.A.)
Pray Answer Me
For whom should I pray, I ask you?
Dare I pray for you, my friend? And
having prayed, would I listen to a
God Who needed me to speak to
you? Could I pray to a father
whimsical who looked unevenly on
all his children? Tho' he treats me
well, could I love an unfair Love,
an unfair God or, fearing Him, still
hold him God? Perhaps I'd better
pray for me. Yet, dare I ask for me
alone? And if I so ask do I not
establish myself apart from all the
Universe? Do I not declare I have
no brothers when I make of this
child a favorite? And is that not
the very same mistake made by
the god whimsical who heard
not you 'til he heard from me?
If there be but one Child and
we are she, for what other one
should I pray? And for what
should I petition save the
memory We Are One and,
in God, have always Been?
Note from a-spiritual-journey-of-healing.com Beautiful poem about prayer and the dilemma of the
non-dualist! When I pray for healing for someone, I see them healed and whole and one with God.
I choose to believe that person has asked for help, or come into my consciousness because I am able to help them, able to see their oneness and beauty when perhaps they are experiencing too much fear to do so.
By using my powerful Christ mind to give what A Course In Miracles would call the 'charity' of seeing the good in someone that they cannot currently see for themselves, I am helping them to remember that there is no problem – they remain one with God. I am helping myself to remember the same about myself.
I need and value such prayers from others.
God's kingdom has not yet come on Earth as it is in heaven, because this is a place where God's will is not done. By volunteering my mind in service to God I am literally allowing this world to become a little bit more of God. Though I may be prompted by the story of a single person, or my own story, when any one of us offers our mind to be used as a channel for God's love, it benefits everyone.
We are God's hands and feet and voice in this world.
Likewise, I eat food just for me, but my intention is that when I eat, the abundance I experience in having enough to eat holds a place of abundance for all those who don't have enough to eat.
A great poem about prayer, Frank. Thank you for the reminder that we are One. There is no separation.
With the Love we are,
Katherine
